The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne. The space The equipped kitchen has all the facilities of daily life, 4 gas hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer and coffé machine NESPRESSO and filter. The accommodation has 70m² with two bedrooms (beds 2,00m x 2,00m and 1,90m x 2,00m as well as a sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and two WCs. The Aircon will help you through the heat of august.
