Enjoy the peace and breathtaking views in this comfortable house just 1 hour from Rome, in the characteristic Sabina area. This is a land of olive trees, forests, castles, medieval villages and unspoiled nature. If you arrive at Fiumicino airport, you can take the train to Fara Sabina, (1.5 hours of travel) and we will pick you up. For those interested, the Santa Citta Rama Buddhist monastery is nearby and open to visitors. The space Stay in our beautiful country house, only 50 km from the center of Rome. We live on the top of an hill with a westward view across the gorgeous Sabine countryside, while to the east we have a clear view of Terminillo mountain (popular for skiing in the winter and trekking in the summer), and the imposing Apennine range. We can accommodate up to four people in two different rooms with a bathroom. Possibility of breakfast, to be agreed with the Host. You can easily reach the city either by bus, train or car in just 1 hour. Visit a region of Italy that is "off the beaten track" and make your Italian stay, something more then just a simple holiday. Guest access Guests have independent access to their rooms. During your stay Guests will always be contacted a few days before their arrival to arrange the best way to get to the house. Pick-up service from the train station or bus stop is available upon request. We will be available to suggest various events and interesting excursions in the surrounding area and - if you like - to share with us. Other things to note If you like walking, Sabina offers wonderful hiking trails with authorized guides. Near our house passes the Via S.
