The main building is accessed from street level via a short set of 10 steps leading to the communal entrance. Entry to the building is by keypad, and your unique access code will be shared with you before arrival. The apartment keys are stored securely in a key safe, and the key safe code will also be provided prior to check-in. Once inside the building, guests can access the apartment from the 1st floor, or use the private lift located on the ground floor. The lift offers a quick, safe & convenient way to move between floors throughout your stay. 1st Floor – Living, Kitchen, Dining & WC: The main living level is located on the 1st floor and features the apartment’s spectacular open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. This gives the property an exclusive feel while still offering privacy throughout your stay. Paid parking is available directly outside the apartment, which is ideal for loading & unloading luggage on arrival or departure. Please note this is paid parking, so vehicles should not be left unattended without payment to avoid parking fines. Secure paid parking is also available approximately two minutes’ walk from the apartment. A washing machine & tumble dryer are available in the utility cupboard for your convenience.
