The accommodation is a nice and comfortable three-room apartment in a historic Aosta Valley village; it is located a few kilometers from Champoluc in a quiet area and complete with basic services such as the bus stop, gas station, grocery store, butcher shop and tobacco shop. A stone's throw from the playground, cross-country track, and easy trails. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with living room, 1 balcony overlooking Monte Rosa and 1 garden shared with other accommodations, but well exposed. Municipal parking under the house. The space The property is located in a characteristic and poetic village. It consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms (one with a balcony overlooking the glacier, with a bunk bed and the other room with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower (no bidet but next to the toilet there is a bidet shower with an alternative portable bidet especially appreciated for children), a living room and a kitchenette. Finally, a well-exposed shared garden for sunbathing and/or dining with friends.
