You can expect a well equipped 90 sqm apartment in a private residential building on the edge of the Ratingen city center. For a relaxed stay the price already includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, toiletries, shower, bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron, LED TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pad, filter, capsule and bean coffee, tea, microwave, airfryer. You will feel at home with us. The space On the 3rd floor of an apartment building right beside Ratingen old town you will find our spacious, modern apartment. Expect a generous, bright guest rooms with bay windows. The room has two single beds that can be expand to another guest bed, so there is space for up to 4 people. Also there is a large XXL sofa bed in the living room that can be used for sleeping as well. All rooms are modern, bright and friendly. The living and dining room with open kitchen has continuous, bright windows and offers a real fireplace, various training equipment, flat screen LCD TVs, DVD , Blu-ray, hi-fi, books, games and many more. The generous daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower and a stylish bath. Of course, there are hand and bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and other toiletries and bathrobes. For all cases there is also a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender, and of course, great facilities , crockery, cutlery, pots, pans anything you need. A coffee maker with coffee, a Senseo machine with pads as well as kettle and tea are available for self-catering . Fresh bread rolls are available at the bakery / newsstands right across the street, so you can prepare your own individual breakfast. The cats are in a seperate area but a contact with cat hair could be possible, so please make sure you dont suffer from any allergy. For the purpose of feeding and cleaning the access to the apartment must always be possible for us. Usually this is in the morning around 10 am and 6 pm. The foster room is next to the entrance door. The door is closed. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, approximately 90 square meters, except for one privately used room located directly next to the entrance door. This room is our volunteer foster space for cats. IMPORTANT: We operate a year round foster space for the local animal shelter. It is possible that we may be caring for foster cats during your stay. The foster room is located directly next to the entrance door inside the apartment. Access at feeding times around 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. must be ensured. I will knock quietly and enter the foster room discreetly. You do not need to open the door. We do not want to disturb you. Two room dividers are available for privacy. Please make sure before your stay that you do not have any allergies. Even though the cats are kept in a separate room, an allergic reaction can never be completely ruled out.
