Private room in a 2-bedroom apartment

This is a private room in a spacious, bright, and peaceful home. Close to the metro, the ring road, shops, Université Rennes 2, CHU Ponchailloux hospital, Parc Villejean, the Rennes School of Business, and the Rennes culinary center. The space It's an apartment of 65 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms (my bedroom and the private bedroom for rent). I go to work during the day and sleep in the apartment at night.
