Pleasant 30 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in the Seolanes residence at the foot of the slopes, facing south. The apartment is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 people. It consists of: • 1 independent bedroom with a 3-seater bed (2-seater in 140 cm + 1-seater in 90 cm). • 1 bathroom with bathtub • 1 separate toilet • 1 living area with 2-seater sofa bed, 32" flat-screen TV, tables, chairs, stools, counter. Individual ski room The space Amenities: Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Electric hotplates, Microwave oven, Raclette appliances, Fondue, Paninis, Vacuum cleaner, Bucket, Broom with scrubbing piece (cleaning must be done before departure by tenants). Duvets, pillows and blankets provided. • 5 m² terrace equipped with a table, 4 chairs + 2 deck chairs, 1 barbecue. Breathtaking views of the slopes (very pleasant) • Ski room on the ground floor with direct access to the slopes. Non-smoking apartment and no pets allowed. Other things to note Guests must leave the apartment clean and tidy before departure. The host provides pillows, blankets, bolster for 5 people. Guests must bring their own linens and towels.
