Conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley: only 5-min drive to Levi's Football Stadium, CA's Great America, & Alviso Marina County Park; only 15-min drive to downtown Santa Clara & San Jose, Santana Row, Valley Fair and The Great Mall. The space This suite home comfortably sleeps 2 in it's queen sized bed. It has it's own attached bathroom as well as a kitchenette area for cooking. It is located within walking distance to Levi Stadium. It has central heat and air conditioning, designer's color scheme, large screen HD-TV. The space itself is cozily furnished and a perfect landing pad for travelers or executives who want a relaxing home to return to that's close to all the fun of Santa Clara County. The home is a short distance to many of Silicon Valley's start-up and global technology companies including Intel, Oracle, Cisco, and G.oogle's North San Jose campus, and is nestled in a safe neighborhood. Guest access This beautiful cozy suite is located in the back half of the main house on the property. There is another two bedroom home annexed to the front of the main house, and it is on a shared plot with a secondary AirBnB suite in the back of the property. You will be sharing the driveway with other guests. However, the unit has its own private entry and doorway. Other things to note We provide a complete Guest Guide for a smooth check-in process after booking. This unit is conveniently located in the middle of Silicon Valley and is 15 minutes from Mineta San Jose International Airport. Although the house has double paned windows, good sound insulation and SJC Airport has a curfew (no flights between 11pm and 6:30am), due to the proximity to the airport this unit is not suitable for light sleepers or for those sensitive to airplanes that may pass overhead. Please bring your own ear plugs or inform us so that we can provide ear plugs for you.
