Time out in the countryside / coziness in the farmhouse

The attic of the farmhouse has been newly built with a lot of charm and tastefully furnished. After a bike ride or a hike through the adjacent Emmental/Napf area, relax in our small "wellness oasis" with a bathtub and rain shower. For children there is a rocking horse, marble track, mini trampoline and in the garden swing & playhouse. On our lively farm there are 30 cows and their calves, 2 cats, chickens and turkeys. The space When old meets new, great things happen! The old wood, the oiled walnut and the ash floor from the surroundings make the accommodation a place of coziness! Again, the active farm can sometimes be dusty, noisy, hectic or associated with odor emissions. Opposite your entrance you can see how the feed (hay) for the cows is stored. Our 3 boys are also very active. - Your accommodation can accommodate 5 people (2 single beds, 2 sofa beds and 1 on a mattress on the floor) plus the antique baby bed or travel bed - A total of 60 m² of living space - Bed linen and towels are included - Separate bathroom with freestanding bathtub, rain shower and toilet - Hairdryer and bath foam are provided - Cozy lounge sofa in the loggia, unheated room - Coffee capsule machine (Delizio) and kettle - The property has a mini kitchen, with microwave, electric mobile 2-burner stove with pans and a fridge with freezer. - Barbecue area with seating (wood available) - free wifi - Parking facing across the street - Children's / baby equipment on request (baby travel crib, high chair, handcart, various games, outdoor vehicles…) Guest access Our farmhouse is located in the middle of the village of Auswil on the left side of the road in the direction of travel from Rohrbach to Auswil. The property has a separate entrance via the rustic dusty hay platform. The parking lot is opposite our house next to the fire pond or up by the wire mesh fence.
