A comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 is for the guests, bedroom 2 for the host. Apartment is located 10 minutes walk to dowtown and 3 minute walk to nearest LRT train station (Sunnyside station), won't hear noise from the train. The guest room has a comfortable queen sized bed suitable for two. Building located on a quiet street in a nice area with many restaurants and shops. Located 300m from Safeway supermarket. There is an outdoor private parking stall available. The space The 750 sqft apartment is on the top floor of a four story building with lots of sun and a balcony. There are two bedrooms, bedroom one is for the guests, the second bedroom is for the host to stay. Guests have access to common areas. One shared bathroom and an open living room, kitchen and dining area. Guests are free to use all kitchenware. Laundry (washer & dryer) is located within the apartment and is available for guests to use. A private outdoor parking stall is available, there is no elevator. I have no pets in the apartment.
