Nice apartment for 4 persons of 74 square meters equipped with every comfort, ideal for families. A living room with kitchenette and fireplace, two bedrooms (double and twin) and bathroom. Large garden with pool and pond for sport fishing. The space The apartment "The Sunflowers" is inside the Sant’Illuminato Country Villa and located in low hill (300 meters above sea level) with a charming and picturesque view to the Tiber valley in the Umbrian countryside. The property, a 20 hectares farm, is an old stones house of the end of 1600 completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Nestled between two two ponds, one of which is inside the property, and surrounded by a thick pinewood where fishing sport can be practiced. Guest access A large garden can be used by the guest (with table and chairs with umbrella) and the rest in common with the other apartments. The swimming pool, open from June to September sized 6x12x1,5 Mt., is full equipped with suntan beds, sliding chairs and umbrella for all the guest. A pond, accessible from the farmhouse, has a very small pier with rowing boat (2/4 people) and is suitable for sport fishing with about 10 types of fish (Carp, Perch Lake, Black Bass, etc.) or take walks around. For guests inexperienced we can provide with a basic fishing equipment. The entire property is fenced with a gated entrance and free-parking. There is also a playground area equipped for children (swing, slide, etc.). Other things to note The breakfast and typical food&wine tasting can be organized and served in a delightful outbuilding with a terrace near the farmhouse. Also we selling wine, olive oil and honey.
