The space The Ventotto is a charming apartment with four beds in the "Penia 2" condominium, at the foot of the Marmolada group, in the heart of the Dolomites, dominated by the imposing mass of the Gran Vernel. To the west, from the large balcony, you can enjoy a unique view of the village of Penia, the Ciampac with its famous ski slope and the top of the Colac. To the north is a large grassy slope, on top of which are the small villages of Lorenz and Vera. The village of Penia, with its small grocery store, is within walking distance, while Canazei is about 4 kilometers away. Less than a kilometer away is the famous Ciampac cable car, connected to the large and modern ski lift system of the Dolomites, called Sella Ronda. The cable car can also be reached by the comfortable Ski Bus, which has a stop near the house. The apartment is small but is equipped with everything. The double bed is French size (140 x 190). Safety rails can be applied to the bunk bed. The bathroom has an 80-liter boiler of very hot water. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has an induction hob and there are dishes and pans for cooking, plates, cutlery and all the accessories. There are two mokes for coffee, one for two and one for six. There is also a kettle for making tea, herbal teas and other hot drinks. The staircase to the rooms is a bit steep. It is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties and care must be taken with children. Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the apartment. There are only a few materials, inside a cabinet, for personal use, which must not be used or removed. Other things to note You will love the great silence of this place.
