Large rooms near the center, free parking

Discover our charming neighborhood, 20/25 minutes walk from the city center, our rooms offer tranquility and easy access to shops. Don't worry about parking: we have 2 parking spaces secured by a barrier. A private bathroom with toilet is also at your disposal. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd (available if more than 2 guests, otherwise extra) has a BZ. The circuit is 30 minutes away by tram. Breakfast possible at 4€ per person. The space Our house is surrounded by a large garden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day! Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (sheets provided), wardrobe, desk, chair. Bedroom 2 : sofa bed (available IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS), table, chairs, game boards, books, coloring pencils and paper Guest access Your bedroom is private, as well as the bathroom and the toilets. We will gladly share the living room, the dining room and the garden. The kitchen can be used if you stay a whole week (to discuss beforehand). During your stay We are at your disposal to advise you (in English or in Spanish) on the best ways to enjoy the 24H or Le Mans and its surroundings, French cuisine, etc... Other things to note We've lived in England for 7 years so we'll always be happy to chat in English. We are also fluent in Spanish.
