Room #1 is our largest downstairs room and is the closest to the ocean. It has 2 large ocean view windows. 2 queen sized beds that are separated by the bathroom for an added degree of privacy. It has a small "living room" area with a couch and coffee table, chest of drawers and a computer work table with ocean views. Shower, sink and toilet, no bath tub. excellent choice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children. The space Robert's K38 Surf House is a big beach house with an unobstructed view of the ocean. We have a large patio area downstairs with a community Kitchen and Fire pit. We also have tables and chairs under the Upstairs patio area with a ping pong table and large flatscreen TV. Our Upstairs patio is large with tables and chairs and beautiful ocean views. We have a secure gated parking area. During your stay We live on site full time. We're generally around most of the time to answer any questions guests may have about our area. We do leave periodically for different reasons, but generally return after a short time.
