A comfortable and beautiful self catering Apt, one of three at the Gite, facing south. It has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Situated in the forest, surrounded by nature. 4 mins walk from the picturesque Medieval Village. SORRY BUT NO PARTIES. Please understand that this apartment is RESERVED ONLY FOR FAMILIES ( 3 or more paying guests), if you are a couple, please have a look at our other beautiful apartments, sorry but we are strict on this! The space This self-catering apartment, one of three in our gite, faces South, enjoying the Sun all day, you can take advantage of this on your terrace while being surrounded by the beautiful forest here in Greolieres. You'll love the calm atmosphere here, very friendly Villagers and amazing views overlooking the Valley. Four restaurants and two Boulangeries available all year round that caters for everyones taste. Entering the apartment through the french doors  there is a lounge which is bright and comfortable. It includes a table with chairs, TV (dvd only) a double and single clic clac settees. The kitchen area is complete with hob, fridge, microwave/grill/oven combi, toaster and kettle, there is also a raclette. The main bedroom has a double bed and room for a baby bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom comprises of a shower and 2 hand basins. The toilet is separate for added convenience. On the terrace you have a table and chairs so you can eat outside and enjoy that glass of rose in the soft shadow of our oak trees. We have no problems with you bringing your fur babies (dog) with you, please tell me in advance as only one dog at a one time is allowed here, they are strictly not allowed on any furniture (we can supply a dog bed if required) and that they do not chase Rosie our lovely cat who does not move quickly. You are responsible for the washing up and general cleaning of the apartment. Guest access All bed linen and towels are included free of charge and if required there is a laundry service for 5 euros a wash load. Other things to note Animals are welcome, we do ask that you tell us in advance as we only allow one apartment at a time to bring their dog. Preferably ones that get along with cats as Rosie our cat is not so young or fast! We do ask that the animals do not go on the furniture please as other guests stay could be allergic. If there are signs that the animal(s) have been let on the furniture you will have to cover the cost of it been cleaned professionally.
