Come and discover a charming little house without an exterior but by the river. It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet. Come and relax quietly with your feet in the river in this charming village (Villeneuve d'Allier) of the Haute Loire with its many activities nearby. The space This small and large house will welcome you on its three levels: - On the ground floor, a single living room, kitchen and dining area, with all the comforts you need. - In the semi-basement, a bedroom overlooking the Allier, equipped with a sofa bed, a bunk bed for 2 children, and a baby bed if necessary; a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine). - In the attic (therefore low ceiling), accessible by a spiral staircase, a master bedroom, with a 140 bed. A common courtyard with 2 other houses will offer you the greatest calm, and direct access to the river at the bottom of the house. This courtyard is only a passage, outdoor activities such as barbecue and games are not allowed for the tranquility of all. Guest access the whole house is available. Other things to note It should be noted that bed linen and bath towels are available.
