With friends or family, spend a safe summer with your loved ones in this tastefully restored 18th century property for 10 people on a 1500 m² plot, completely enclosed by a wall; many old architectural elements Heated pool The space The air-conditioned main house consists of an entrance, a large kitchen with a snack bar and all the equipment (rotating heat oven, induction cooktop, microwave, two freezer fridges, kettle, coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, food processor, dishwasher...); an indoor dining room with a table for 12 people, a living room with sofa and club armchairs, as well as an office (TV, DVD, board games, books...), a library, game room, a laundry room, a toilet. Stairs (one from the entrance, the second from the living room) serve the first floor in two different halls where you will find the Admiral's room in a grand century spirit (bed 140 x 190), the purple room in an Art Deco spirit (bed 160 x 200) and the flower dormitory (4 beds of 90 x 190), as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, a bathroom with shower, two sinks and a toilet, and another separate toilet Outside, several terraces equipped with teak garden furniture (table, armchairs, chairs) or Parisian terrace with a wood oven to make your bread or pizza, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet so you can shower when you return from the beach or when you leave the pool. A bar is possible in an old dovecote overlooking the pool. Two pool accesses: from the main house or from the courtyard of the second house (not for rent at the moment). At the pool, 4 teak deckchairs with mattresses, two Chilean chairs, parasol... the pool is not overlooked either, naturism is therefore possible. The heated swimming pool is enclosed by a fixed barrier and has double security with a semi-rigid cover as well as two access doors. Lighting of the terraces and the pool for nighttime is provided. A shower and toilet are available in an annex. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, towels, tea towel) depending on the number of people. Weekly housekeeping is provided per week, as well as pool maintenance. Exit cleaning of €180 extra. Guest access the property will be exclusively for you, with no one other than your guests, both in the house and at the pool.
