Spacious, with sea views, Ventnor, Isle of Wight

Our place is very close to the town and main beach. A climb up the hill to the Downs, gives unsurpassed views of the English Channel; take a leisurely amble along the Coastal Path to the Botanic Gardens and picturesque Steephill Cove. Spacious, for up to six people in three double bedrooms, with extensive sea views; a comfortable base to explore the Island, on foot or by road. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and can accommodate one, well-behaved dog. The space Our place comprises three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms (one en suite), a kitchen, a large living and family room, hallway, landing and private staircase from the ground floor. The living and family room has ample sitting room, with two settees and a table that will seat up to eight in comfort; take advantage of the TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. The bedrooms all are all furnished to sleep two, at least. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, cooker, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine and there is a tumble drier downstairs in the entrance hall. There are a wide selections of pots, pans and kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery has been provide for six or more residents. The hallway is light and airy and leads to a landing area and the apartment’s individual access, to the rear. There are thirty five steps down to the rear entrance; the landing door can be locked to prevent children and pets straying on to the landing and stairs. We pay close attention to our guest’s feedback, we have recently upgraded mattresses, showers and kitchen equipment as a result, so please feel free to comment on your stay. Guest access Guests have have use of the entire apartment and access via a private staircase at the rear. A single parking space is allocated at the front of the property. Other things to note There are 35 steps up to the apartment, so think about how much luggage you take in one go.
