Villa Bellevue is a stylishly designed summer residence on the Greek island of Evia. The property, set high on the hill with glorious panoramic views over Styra bay and across to the mainland, is only one and a half hours away from Athens Airport. The space The top floor comprises of three sunny bedrooms with view. One bedroom offers an ensuite shower room/ WC with direct access to the main terrace and another has a large balcony. All rooms have access to the bathroom with a large half- round corner bathtub. The living room combined with a well equipped open plan kitchen benefits from a very large terrace which is at your disposal. In addition, there is a large shower room/ WC and the utility room downstairs. All rooms have high ceilings, white marble floors and are decorated with original oil paintings. Satellite TV, WiFi, CD- DVD player, dishwasher, air conditioning and central heating are available. Cleaning service can be provided upon request for an extra charge.
