Renovated country estate overlooking West Lake with stunning year round views. We are located minutes from the gorgeous Sanbanks beaches and major attractions in the county. Hi there! Thank you for your interest in our home. Please note that during summer time (July & August) a 4 day stay is required. For holiday weekends, xmas and New Years we have a minimum 3 night stay. We are not in a position to host weddings, parties, or events. The space Our space is designed to maximize time in the county with breathtaking views of West lake while enjoying tremendous comfort. The spacious kitchen is the heart of our home. It is perfect for preparing and sharing family meals and experiences. The floor to ceiling windows open completely to expose a screened in porch bringing the outside in. The openness of the high cathedral ceilings allow for many people to congregate with ease. The open concept extends the kitchen to the great room which also provides cathedral ceilings and gorgeous views of West Lake. A smart 65" TV with cable service or Bose music system lets you chill around a movie or game. There are six bedrooms all outfitted with new, cozy linens. The SPA bathrooms are equipped with 16" rain shower heads, radiant floor heating, marble flooring and wood finishings. The two remaining decks on either side of the screened in porch are equipped with loungers and a BBQ. The lower level of the house is equipped with a games rooms, movie room, bar and gym. The games room includes a pool/snooker table, 12 ft shuffleboard table and foosball table. The movie room provides a 120" screen with reclining theatre seating for 10. The gym is outfitted with dumbbells and is perfect for morning yoga. *** Please note that the absolute maximum number of guests we can host for any given stay is 12 and any children in a group must be 12 years old and over *** Guest access Guests will have access to the main house. The barns and sheds on the property are not open for use. Other things to note You can view the Sandbank from our property. We are about 2kms away. They are a 5 minute boat ride, 7 min drive or 25 minute walk from the house. ****Please note that during peak season (July-August, Christmas) a minimum 4 day stay may be required (Friday-Tuesday). This requirement begins on Canada day long weekend. Long weekends that fall outside of July-August, a min. 3 night stay is required. The waterfront view is gorgeous. It is ideal for canoeing, fishing, and other water crafts such as paddle boards and boats which we provide. The Lake is not ideal for swimming.
