Panoramic renovated holiday home in Árahámhegy

Our holiday home is located in a quiet part of Abraham, ideal for a relaxing holiday close to nature. The cottage is renovated inside and out, has a terrace, pool and carport. There is a table on the terrace with chairs and a number of sun loungers in the garden for relaxation. The house has 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The center is about a 15 minute walk with the beach, shops and restaurants, cafes. Other things to note The house rules for this vacation home are: • The Guest can occupy the holiday home from 3 p.m. and has to leave by 11 a.m. on the last day! • Smoking is not allowed in the cottage and the ashtray is required in the courtyard! • The Guest can only bring a pet in the event of a prior arrangement, (in the case of a dog or a cat) the Guest is obligated to collect the excrement from the yard! • While cleaning the vacation home is included in the price, the Guest is also responsible for cleanliness during the use! • Please use the furniture as intended and return it to its original location upon departure. Damage, damage to any part of the vacation home is strictly prohibited! In this case, some or all of the security deposit (HUF 30000) will not be returned! • The host is not responsible for accidents resulting from the misuse of objects or equipment! The Guest is obligated to pay attention to his/her personal belongings, and in the event of damage, the Guest assumes responsibility. • Wifi is available for a one-time fee of 3000 HUF per stay, please let the Guest know as soon as possible if they request it! • Fire can only be lit in the fire pit, and wood and paper are provided on site! Flammable material can only be used with extra caution inside and out (e.g. candle, mosquito repellent) • Please avoid listening to loud music and making noise between 22:00 and 7:00 in the morning in order to keep the residents and holidaymakers in the vicinity calm. • Upon arrival at the holiday home, the Guest agrees to the house rules!
