La Rosa Holiday House

Marikitta House is a studio of 40 square meters consisting of: kitchen with all utensils microwave, kettle etc.. shared washing machine and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, hair dryer. The space “La Rosa” is a typical Ligurian house recently renovated. Immersed in the green, a few miles from Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante. For a scenic route over the pass we reach the town of Rapallo Gulf of Tigullio. In spring and summer you can enjoy the many Ligurian dishes in the many local festivals. The area offers opportunities to practice trekking excursions, and cycling trails for all levels. Divided into independent local it can accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 16 people. External area is equipped for grill and relaxing. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a wide parking for camper and boat trailers. The house is cleaned using specific methods and products. Guest access you will have free access outside area. Private Parking Other things to note we are close to Rapallo, santa margherita, Lavagna .Chiavari, Sestri Levante sheets and towels are available extra , at a cost of € 10 per person. you can use your own sheets, the use of sheets is mandatory. a large outdoor area with grill tables and toilets, free parking, air conditioning / heating supplement € 10 per night.
