We have decided to let guests use the Relax/S.p.A. area by reservation, so you will have more security and privacy :-) A breathtaking view, from the residence located halfway up the hill, will accompany your holidays. code CIR097067 LNI00012 The space The apartment is in a dominant position with respect to the lake and consists of 2 rooms plus services. It consists of a living room/kitchen with a pellet stove, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace with a beautiful lake view. Guests can enjoy a sofa bed in the living room and smart TV The accommodation is located in a residence with a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, (the swimming pool is equipped with counter-current swimming, whirlpools, aero bed, torrent blade) and piped music. Outside there is a Jacuzzi that can be booked for 30 minutes per day. Heating According to the provisions of the law, the use of heating is allowed from October 15 to April 15 at a maximum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, the use of air conditioning from May 1 to September 30 at a minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius outside the periods indicated above and in the opposite mode (cold after October 15 and hot after May 1) the system will not operate. Pellet stove The pellet stove is installed for atmosphere (the heating is very efficient). You can request bags of pellets (15 kg) at a cost of €10 each. Beds Beds are prepared taking into account the following provision: for every two people, a double bed is provided. For example, for 2 people there is 1 double bed, while for 4 people there are 2 double beds. If you have any special needs regarding the preparation of beds or sheets, please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival. In the absence of specific requests, we will not be liable for any inadequacies in bed preparation. Welcome package The property offers a welcome pack with essentials to ensure guests do not find themselves in difficulty upon arrival. Please note that these items have been designed for the first day of arrival and are NOT intended to cover the needs of the entire stay. The welcome package includes: Prosecco, Orange juice, Water, Petit fours, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Vinegar, Spices, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Body wash We hope this selection will help make your stay even more enjoyable! Guest access Documents The day before arrival, guests must send a copy of the main page of their ID (passport, ID card, or driver's license) via WhatsApp or Airbnb chat, because the host must register the data with the relevant authorities. If the host does not receive the identity documents of all guests (excluding children), the host has the right to cancel the reservation without granting any refund. Spa Pool and Jacuzzi The common wellness area is shared with the other guests of the residence, but it is possible to book it for private use for one hour a day. Services included: - Indoor heated pool with hydrojets: available 365 days a year at no additional cost. - Turkish bath: accessible 365 days a year, with a reimbursement cost for electricity consumption of €2 every half hour of use. - Sauna: available 365 days, with a reimbursement cost of €8 for 2 hours of preheating. At the entrance to the spa there is a token system to activate the steam room and sauna. It is essential to completely close the awning at night and in case of rain or wind, or if the guests are not in the house. If the awning is left open overnight, in bad weather or in the absence of guests and this results in the breakage of the arms or the awning, the guest will be held responsible for the damage. The cost of replacing the awning arms is approximately €1,000 The cost of replacing the awning is about €1000 Accommodation taxes. The tourist tax is required by the municipality of Perledo for tourists staying at the accommodation facilities, the amount is €3 per night for each adult person (over 12 years) e.g. 2 people for 2 nights = 12 euros 2 people for 3 nights = 18 euros etc. you can leave the tourist tax in the container inside the apartment indicated in the check-in instructions Trash can On the day of check-out (or the night before), please bring the trash can to the garage indicated in the check-in instructions, separating wet plastic glass, etc., and placing the waste in the appropriate containers as indicated in the instructions.
