The house is located in the central part of the Pelješac peninsula. Pelješac is the second largest peninsula of Croatia, situated in Dubrovnik region, an hour drive from Old Town Dubrovnik. It is filled with natural beauty, historical sites, sandy and pebble beaches, great wines and outstanding seafood. House is situated north of Putniković, in a remote bay Kabli, 2 km west of Brijesta ("Holiday home Lile" on the map). It is about 80 km away from Old Town Dubrovnik and 40 km from Korčula island The space The house is located directly at the sea in a remote, small and quiet bay, surrounded by old olive trees, „far from the busy world“, therefore it is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a quiet place. Here you can indulge your senses with the Mediterranean scents of sea, earth and aromatic herbs. Lile's vacation home is spread over a plot of 700 m2 with a living area of 250 m2 and consists of the ground floor and first floor. The house is suitable for 8 people (+ one baby) and it has exclusive privacy. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, stove, kettle, oven and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances needed, spacious living room with a satellite TV. From the kitchen and living room you step out to a beautiful terrace where you have incredible view of the Adriatic Sea and blue lagoon. The ground floor also includes a charming kids playroom and a big dayly bathroom. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by internal stairs. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV and balconies overlooking the blue lagoon. Also on this floor there are 2 more double bedrooms sharing spacious bathroom with a bath tub. The interior of the house is characterised by playful colors and bright spaces that create an airy atmosphere. In front of the house cascading terraces invite you to enjoy the outdoor space, including dining table perfect for family gatherings and grill for your unforgettable nights with a glass of local wine. Relax on the sun loungers on the sea terraces, enjoy the good book on the sofa under the old olive tree, swim from the dock (there is no beach in front of the house), explore the bay on kayaks (two kayaks available, not included in the price, to be asked in advance), buy fish from local fishermen, allow yourself to experience all the blessings of this magic region and relax your mind and soul in this paradise. Fish market: fresh fish and mussels are to be bought direct from local fisherman at the pear in front of the house. Nearest restaurants are in Brijesta and Drače, the most recommendable restaurants are in Ston (27 km) and Mali Ston (29 km). The area is suitable for biking. Water activities: swimming, diving, snorkeling, rowing. Other things to note The location of the house is not marked correctly, it is not in Putniković, but in a small bay Kabli to the north, south of the Peljesac bridge, therefore we provide you a proper instruction how to find the house on the map and how to reach it by car: Whether you are coming from the direction of Split or the direction of Dubrovnik, you are on the road along the Croatian coast (road No 8). You leave that road at Brijesta intersection/exit and drive through Brijesta and Zuronja, as shown on the image “Brijesta intersection” in the gallery.
