Fully equipped, they offer everything you need to feel right at home. The two-bedroom apartments at Marina Palmanova, with an approximate size of 67 m², are ideal for families of up to 5 people. Bright and spacious, they feature air conditioning, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, two double bedrooms with twin beds, a fully equipped independent kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products), a complete bathroom with bathtub or shower, and satellite TV. All "two bedroom with balcony" apartments have the same layout and size and are assigned on the day of arrival. Important rules: The building is equipped with video surveillance. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in the immediate eviction of all guests without a refund. In addition, the apartment has a noise monitor that does not record audio but sends alerts to the property and to the phone number provided by the guest if noise levels exceed the allowed limit. Ignoring these warnings may also result in the cancellation of the stay without refund, in order to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests. Guest access From April to October cleaning service is performed on designated days three times a week between 10:30am and 2:00pm. It will not be able to be done properly if the apartment is messy. • Towels are for exclusive hygienic use and not for use on the beach or pool. • If the client rejects the cleaning service, it cannot be done the next day. Cleaning will not take place until the next scheduled day. • The change of sheets is done every 7 days. The swimming pool and outdoor terrace are open from April 1st to October 31st from 10:30am to 7:30pm Other things to note Tourist Tax: -April to October: €2.20 per adult (16+ years) per reserved night. -November to March: €0.55 per adult per night. -From the 9th night onwards: 50% discount applies year-round. -Payable upon arrival.
