If you are visiting Lavaur with family or friends for a short or long stay (we prefer one-week stays in summer), we will welcome you to our bright and spacious cottage (when possible we will make our swimming pool available to you, located a 5-min walk away). Located a 2-minute walk from the historic center in a quiet area and close to all amenities, our cottage is fully accessible on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility. The space 3 independent bedrooms, 2 separate toilets from the 2 bathrooms, large space on the mezzanine that can be a real play area for children. Bicycle provided (1 adult 1 child) Parking spaces in front of the accommodation are always accessible. Guest access key box for self check-in if necessary Other things to note Parties and events are prohibited in our house. Linens and towels are provided upon request. (Option: price according to the number of people: €20 for the double bed and €10 for the single bed) Cleaning is done by the tenant. If you want us to do it, this is also possible as an option. (€70) A deposit check, not cashed, is requested upon arrival and returned as soon as the house is clean, tidy and nothing has been damaged. Beyond 6 nights, consult me for options.
