This accommodation is ideally located on the first floor of a house 50 meters from the beach of L'Ayguade in Hyères. The neighborhood is very nice and the beach is nearby. At the same time, far enough away from the noise. A small terrace facing the sea allows you to put a table for 2 people. Very bright, crossing, air-conditioned, a garden is available behind the house. The bottom of the house is also rented or inhabited by the owner. The space The major asset of this accommodation is undoubtedly its location (50 meters from the beaches) and its lovely sea view! The Ayguade neighborhood is a very pleasant neighborhood for vacation stays. Everything is available on site: restaurants, a convenience store, the beach, free parking, the market on Wednesday mornings. A lively and quiet neighborhood at the same time. The property has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with sea view has a double bed of 140 x 190 cm. This room is very nice and the view directly on the sea makes it particularly charming. The second bedroom, smaller (9 m2), has a sofa bed type sofa bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional people (bed in 120 x 190 cm). Ideally for one person or two children since the 120 x 190 bed is still less wide than average. We recommend this bed for either 1 adult or 2 children. For 2 adults it's a little small. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a bed. A small balcony with a large picture window makes the stay very pleasant. The part of the garden behind the house is reserved for you. You can eat outside and enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is air-conditioned and we give you access to the wifi network. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Rental of linens and towels for €5/person extra to be paid on site at the end of the stay. Guest access We also rent the lower floor. You will therefore share the main entrance (gate) with the tenants downstairs. Other things to note A small clarification: in order to preserve the susceptibility of the sewers that are at sea level, it is strongly recommended to throw toilet paper in a trash can provided for this purpose.
