Tim's Place in Silver Bay, MN

I live on a quiet street, minimal traffic just a few minutes from Lake Superior. Blacks Beach is just 2 miles away, the Superior hiking trail is less than 1 mile away as well plus quick access to area bike and hiking paths. I live close to Tettegouche St. Park (6 miles) and am 30 miles N of Two Harbors along the North Shore. I welcome you to share my home and hope you have a wonderful stay. :o) NOTE: DUE TO CITY REGS THE MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS The space I offer not only a spacious private bedroom and bathroom, but also an area to work on your computer, sit on the love seat and read or relax, watch TV both on the 20" in the bedroom or the 65" 4K HD w/ surround sound in the TV room outside of the bedroom. In addition, I have a full gym complete with free weights, dumb bells, medicine balls, fit ball, durabands, step up, ab roller, cardio machines- eliptical and treadmill are available. Last but not least, a comfortable upstairs living room to relax and unwind as well as a spacious back deck to enjoy a glass of wine or whatever with a limited view of Lake Superior. Guest access Guests may access the upstairs living room and any area downstairs. During your stay When I am around, I make an effort to greet you, show you around, explain any details that may be helpful and have brief conversation to let you know I care about you and want you to have a wonderful stay during your visit to the North Shore. Other things to note I rarely am around on the weekends, either working or spending time further north so in most cases you have the house to yourself.
