Situated on the ground floor and distributed in single level. Pets: max.2 dogs The house was restored and divided into 7 independent lodgings. The building has got an "L" shape so every apartment has a lot of light. It is surrounded by prairies and protected by centennial ash trees. Each lodging has got a private outdoor space with furniture. All the lodgings have got a common laundry room with washing machines (prepaid). There is a barbecue area in a shed attached to the house. The place is very quiet and has got a magnificent view over the valley. Public swimming pool in Planoles and La Molina. There is a great offer of mountain activities: mountain bike routes, trekking, skiing in La Molina (20 km. away), Masella (22 km. away) or Núria (17 km. away), public swimming pool (1 km. away), tennis courts in Planoles, horse-riding in Nevà, Pardines and Campdevànol, great gastronomic offer in Camprodon, Setcases, Ripoll, and Ribes de Freser. It is very recommendable to follow the romanesque route: there is a great monastery in the town of Ripoll, a romanesque church from the 12th century in the town of Beget and another monastery in the town of Camprodon.
