The Carpenter's House: apartment Aster

Aster is a comfortable country apartment near Venice located on the first floor of the Gastaldia. Once lived in by the carpenter of the estate, Aster has preserved all the charme of a traditional rural home: the beam ceiling, together with pieces of original furniture convey a sense of warmth, making you feel welcomed. The space Aster partly occupies the first floor of our 16th century Gastaldia, it has an independent entrance from the lovely courtyard, equipped with tables and chairs and available for our guests. The apartment features a large and well equipped kitchen with adjoining living area (please be aware that this is the only air-conditioned area in the apartment, while the bedrooms are provided with fans), three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Amenities such as wi-fi, dishwasher, oven and washing machine are to be found in the house. The swimming pool of the golf course, available for our guests, is 1 km from the apartment and can be reached in 15 min walk thanks to a pleasant shaded path or easily by car. Open in July and August from 10.00 to 19.00. Closed on Tuesdays. Use of the pool is subject to availability and is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours. Guests must book the use of the pool at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to our office. Guest access Our guests have free access to all areas of the park, to the golf club pool and the club house, that also features a lovely restaurant and bar. Walking on the golf course is forbidden, but any golfer is welcome and is entitled to a discount in Frassanelle course and one more golf nearby. Other things to note PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE BOOKING: - The reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. - Check-in is allowed from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm - The COST OF HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price and is calculated on consumption. The cost of heating can vary between € 10.00 and € 150.00 per day. - The roads of the estate are unlit and unpaved and at some points a little rough but in no way an impediment, even at night. Should you go for walks on the estate, please be aware of the ditches along the roads, some are quite deep, with stagnant water. At night be sure to take a torch. - From April to October, especially during weekends, part of the ground floor of the Gastaldia hosts weddings and other events wich may lust until 01.00 GOLF CLUB SWIMMING POOL: - Open in July and August from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
