Charming independent cottage (2/3 people) in an old Périgord farmhouse. A real cocoon! Ideally located across the street from the majestic Château de Fénelon, our village is the perfect base for exploring: Sarlat (less than 15 min) Rocamadour and Padirac (major sites of the Lot) Enjoy the Dordogne River 2 minutes away (beaches, canoeing). Rare location: Dordogne, Lot and Corrèze within easy reach! The space The gîte was built in a Périgord house that is part of an old farmhouse near Sarlat in the heart of a village located opposite the Château de Fénelon, on the borders of Lot and Corrèze. Close to the Dordogne River (500 meters) with large beach for swimming. Living room with sofa bed, corner comfortable kitchen area (2-burner gas hob, burners, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven oven/microwave + small appliances), TV with TNT separate bedroom with 140 cm bed + mezzanine with a 90 cm bed, Bathroom, separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Covered parking. Bicycle path adjacent to the property (100 m from the vacation rental), River Dordogne 300 m away, Close to major tourist attractions (Castles, Caves, Gouffre, Zoological reserve, Medieval villages and bastides, old Sarlat, etc...). Shops 4 km away (bakery, pharmacy, doctors, etc...) Free internet access. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information. Guest access ⚠️ Accessibility (PRM): The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Access is via external steps, and the interior also has steps (bedroom and shower room). Other things to note I made the choice not to include in the price, the supply of sheets and towels, but I can provide them with an extra €20 for the queen size bed and €10 for the single bed. You have the choice to opt for this option or to come with your linens. You will also have to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, but if you want, you can take the cleaning package (€100) so that I can do it when you leave. 🔌 Electric Vehicle: Charging strictly prohibited on site (unsuitable sockets/safety risk). Please use the public terminals available in the surrounding area (use a chargefinder or chargemap style app).
