The tourist accommodation “THELGI” is located in Kalamata, in the coastal village of M. Mantineia at a distance of 8 km from the city and 50m from the coastal road of Kalamata-Kitries. M. Madinia is especially attractive for its beautiful beaches and its direct relationship with the mountain range of Taygetos. These are two newly built self-contained fully furnished and equipped maisonettes in a single building with indoor pools in the basement and with unlimited view of the Messinian Gulf and Taygetos. The space The North Maisonette 1, has outdoor areas, living room, food, verandas with sea and mountain views, parking within the space of the house as well as full capacity to prepare meals with all the required equipment (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the appliances that a house has). The residence has the privilege of offering complete privacy, since all spaces are distinct and autonomous. In case the two houses are rented from common groups there is the possibility of unifying the free spaces and terraces of the two houses. All areas of the house are air-conditioned, has an extra fireplace and ceiling fans, and the indoor pool is heated for use in the winter. All rooms (living room and bedrooms) have flat screen TVs. There are also audio devices (radio-CD player), dvd devices, multimachine (fax, printer), and laptop. Free wi-fi. On the ground floor of the house are the living – kitchen – WC and with an internal staircase communicates with the areas of the basement where the pool is located, an enclosed space for shower as well as a laundry – storage area.
