Rental unit in Gatineau

Full bachelor apartment that comes with everything you need for long stays. The kitchen is fully equipped (pans, pots, utensils, fridge, microwave, etc.) and washer and dryer are also available. Unlimited high-speed WiFi is included. I am also very open-minded. Everyone is welcome (I don't discriminate on religion, gender, race or sexual orientation). There is a strict tolerance zero policy on smoking and drugs on the property (including marijuana). Je parle français aussi :) The space PLEASE NOTE: due city and province regulations on residential tourism, I can only accommodate stays over 30 days. Long-term arrangements can be made as well, simply inquire! There is free parking available for you year-round. It is located in a suburb-style neighborhood that is very peaceful and safe. It is the perfect place to stay within 10-15 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa, and within a 5-10 minute walk to bus stops, groceries, shopping centre, fast food joints and restaurants, parks, etc. Other things to note Let's make one thing clear: I am not a professional Airbnb host! This is a side business for me to help meet ends meet. I try to improve the place based on your feedback as much as I can, and if you need anything (within reason of course) at all during your stay, I will do my best to provide. I've had a few people with incredibly high and impossible standards (this is not the Crowne Plaza, folks!) come in and give me low ratings without even attempting to communicate with me to fix or provide whatever was missing/needed. It's just a matter of communication. If you plan on staying in my studio with the intent to find the smallest details to base your bad review on (some people just like to complain for sport), please move on. Every bad review (though scarce and rare) hurt my listing, and quite frankly, hurts me too. I care about my apartment, and about every guest who comes by.
