a safe and cozy spot at the heart of the city of angels. perfect for someone looking for a quiet place to unplug, but be within walking distance to all the buzz that downtown has to offer. minimum 30-day stay per condominium requirement. The space this is a loft (two levels within the same unit). host is a working professional who resides upstairs and at times will work from home. therefore, evening quiet hours *must* be observed. the guest bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. you will have the entire bedroom and walk-in closet to yourself, but the bathroom may be shared with other temporary visitors on occasion (rest assured, there are no other overnight guests sharing the space). laundry and parking space are available upon request and special arrangement. Guest access guest bedroom, guest walk-in closet, guest bathroom, and living room — all located downstairs. During your stay as much or as little as you would like. host lives upstairs and work at a place a few blocks away during workdays. best way to contact is via text or email. Other things to note parking, if requested and approved, is tandem. so guest and host will need to work out the details. in addition, a lease will be signed per community management rules.
