“Casa del Geco” seaside vacation home

The house “Casa del Geco” is situated on a small hill called Residence Zinnibiri with a fantastic view to the mediterranean and the mountains. The space We want to share our holiday home with you. The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living room and kitchen (equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, etc.). Outdoor you will find a terrace with sea view and a small garden. In the closet you will find the washing machine and a comfortable outdoor shower. The house is ideal for four people and families with children. The residence offers a communal pool with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The pool is open from 15 May to 30 September. We strongly advise you to enjoy your meals on the terrace because apart from the fantastic view, the atmosphere in the evening is very special. Guest access At guests' disposal the whole house, the garden with barbecue, the parking, and the pool shared with the other units of the Residence. Pool will be available for guests from the 15th of May to the 30th of september and it's shared with the other units in the residence. A few rules to enjoy our beautiful common pool: - It is not allowed to bring any kind of glass to the pool; - No drinks or food are allowed in the pool area; - No jumping or diving; - It is not allowed to bring chairs, sunbeds, or sun umbrellas; - It is not allowed to bring inflatables or games to the pool. Guests who don't follow the rules will be kindly asked to leave the pool area. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. Please do not throw butts in the garden and in the flower beds Access to the gardener must be allowed for routine maintenance of the lawn and plants. Waste should be collected according to the following categories: paper/ cardboard, glass/ metal, plastic, wet organic, undifferentiated dry residue. In case the waste is left in the house, the sum of € 50, 00 will be retained. The waste must be delivered to the ecological island (about 3 minutes by car). After 22:00 is to be observed silence at night. Check out at 10 am. Other things to note Please be advised that upon arrival at the property, all the guests must show their ID’s and pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night in cash, for a maximum of 7 nights.
