charming house in the countryside

My house is halfway between Saint-Yvi and the Fouesnant forest, 4 km from each small village. You will find all the necessary shops, as well as restaurants and bars. The first beach (Kerleven in La Forêt-Fouesnant) is 5 km away. For Concarneau and its walled town, it takes about 10 min, Fouesnant 10 min and Quimper 20 min. The house is located in a quiet area, in the countryside. Its strong point: its cocooning spirit, the very large garden, and the terrace. The space The house consists of: -2 bedrooms: 1 with a standard double bed, the other with a single bed (extra bed) - on the ground floor an entrance that opens onto the TV room/library - a second space on the ground floor with a kitchen area and small living room with fireplace - upstairs the bathroom + toilet (no toilet on the ground floor) - an exterior: a parking space in front of the house and on the other side the terrace and garden. The beds will be made upon arrival. I provide towels, tea towels, cleaning products. In the kitchen you will find basic products salt/sugar/oil/tea/coffee The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine (no dishwasher), barbecue Guest access Access to the entire accommodation, except for a room on the ground floor where my personal belongings are stored
