Rental unit in Le Sueur

Located 25 minutes north of Mankato Mn, 35 minutes south of Shakopee Mn. This Duplex unit includes the entire main level of a rambler-style house with 3 bedroom, 2 bath. NO PETS ALLOWED! The location is in a rural-country not in town, surrounded by fields & prairie grass. There's a basement apartment currently occupied with a tenant with separate entires. FOR THOSE COMING TO THE AREA TO SKI - We are located 30 minutes from Mt Kato and 50 minutes from Buck Hill. So we ask when rating us for location at the end of your stay, please to not give us low rating for location. We do our best describing where we are located in the space that AirBnB gives us as hosts. This duplex apartment is NOT IN THE CITY and is about 2 miles away from the rural town of Le Sueur. Le Sueur is a town of about 4,000 persons. We are located in the country. Visit Rademacher's grocery store or Dollar General for your groceries and essential needs. In the winter-months the gravel driveway is plowed by the owners, however, it is recommended that guests staying here in the winter have a high profile car with good tires and/or an SUV with 4-wheel drive just in case the Minnesota weather sneaks up in a hurry. There are no walking trails here at the property and we do not recommend taking walks on the roads (they are only 2 lanes). There is a nice back yard and patio space to unwind during the non-winter months. The feel of the space is small-town, rural, comfortable, and easy-going. Please respect the properties boundaries, no walking around to the other buildings on the property. Doing so would be considered trespassing. NO PET ALLOWED! Guest access Guests have access to the front yard and the backyard surrounding the apartment. There is a tenant living in the lower apartment of the house with a separate parking area and separate entrance. Please make sure not to block the driveway to the basement apartment. We do not allow parties or gatherings. We only allow overnight guests in the space. NO PETS ALLOWED! SEASONAL WEDDING VENUE INFORMATION (May through November): Please note during the months of May through November the property next door hosts weddings. The persons coming up the driveway to the Quonset barn would be vendors such as caterers and photographers. WEDDING GUESTS RENTING HOUSE: We do not allow parties or gatherings. We only allow overnight guests in the space. You cannot bring alcohol to the wedding and cannot go back and forth to the house to drink alcohol during the wedding event due to liability reasons with our alcohol vendor. NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME! We have staff to ensure this expectation is met. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Other things to note No pets allowed!! No more than 4 cars allowed to park in front of this house. We do not allow trailers, campers, ATVs, motorcycles, drones, large work trucks, buses, or similar. Thank you for your understanding. No unaccompanied minors allowed in the house.
