Our accommodation consists of a bright living area with living room and kitchen + glass veranda entrance on the ground floor; 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and sofa bed. Dryer on request. The heating in our homes works with wood and gives a comfortable warmth. The space The building, recently renovated and well insulated, is independent and has a large garden; the access road to the house is paved and has little traffic and the property, surrounded by greenery, has a private parking space. Our house is located a few dozen meters from the Sauris di Sotto ski lift, about 300 meters from the historic center of the village and all the main services. In addition, several easy and medium-distance hiking trails start from here. Guests can also enjoy: crib, high chair, changing table and bathtub; hairdryer, iron, toaster and electric kettle, two sun loungers, a varied selection of books and board games. Guest access Our property, as is often the case in Sauris, is not fenced and the house we live in is adjacent to the one we use for guests. You will have free access to the land around the house, the lawn, the woods, which you will share with us. Other things to note Tourist tax notice. Guests are informed that the Territorial Union of Carnia, with Resolution of the Assembly no. 16 of March 26, 2018, established the Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Sauris with effect from May 1, 2018. The tax applies to overnight stays, of non-residents, in the accommodation facilities located in the Municipality of Sauris. The amount of tax for this property is €0.90 per person per night for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. The following are exempt from payment: - minors who, on the day of arrival, have not yet reached the age of twelve; - disabled, non-self-sufficient persons with appropriate medical certification, including a companion; - personnel belonging to the State and local Police, other Armed Forces, the Regional Forestry Corps, the National Fire Brigade, as well as health personnel who stay for service needs; - individuals staying in accommodation facilities as a result of measures taken by public authorities to deal with emergency situations resulting from natural disasters or extraordinary events and for humanitarian relief purposes. The tax must be paid at the time of payment of the stay, to the accommodation facility which, subsequently, has the burden of transferring it to the Municipality.
