Our local host will welcome you to East Bank Farm - on arrival you will find a spacious, fully fitted integrated kitchen with everything required for a home-from-home stay, including dishwasher & Tassimo coffee machine. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the family dining room which is open plan to the kitchen. Double doors lead out onto the beautiful decking area where you will find the hot tub. A spacious lounge with wood burner warms those chilly Scottish evenings & leads onto a hallway housing the pool table. There are also two spacious ground floor twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. Upstairs you will find four more lovely bedrooms - three of which have twin single beds & share a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a sumptuous Super King size bed & ensuite shower room. Situated away from the road, down a long private drive, East Bank Farm has a private large wrap around garden for your enjoyment with the hot tub & children's sand pit on the terrace. There is plenty of private parking. Guest access There is disables access via a ramp which takes you on to the decking area. There are no pavements and the location is remote therefore you will need some mode of transport. Other things to note • Lenzie golf club is directly adjacent to the property •We have a septic tank waste system. Please ensure that all wet-wipes, sanitary products, cotton buds, nappies etc. are disposed of in the bins and not through the toilet system. • Please close the covers on the Hot Tub when not in use. • No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. • Please leave the patio door and pool room door keys in the ‘inside’ locks at all times. • Please report any breakages / damage to us – in order that they can be rectified before our next guests arrive.
