Alterra Vita Eco Villas (Itamos & Kelyfos) are two (2) independent accommodation suites that are set at a 6-acres private piece of land among fields with olive trees and they can accommodate 2-4 people each. Located up on the hill – 300m from sea level, just 700m before the traditional village of Parthenon and only 5 km away from Neos Marmaras. The space Alterra Vita Eco villas can accommodate 2 or 3 people and a 4th person on a portable bed (kids <12 y.o. are not allowed, unless you reserve both villas so you can stay with your kids). Each one includes a 35sqm suite (bedroom and living room as one space), a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen, that expands outside at the veranda (outdoor kitchen). The large outdoor area ensures that you have a place to retreat to at any time of the day, or enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining area where you can relax looking at the sea. The suite includes an elevated Queen bed (160x200) with a Cocomat© mattress that offers a blissful sleep but most importantly a sea view straight from your pillow. The suite also offers a sofa that turns into bed for an extra person but you can always ask for an extra portable bed. Every Eco Villa has A/C, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV 49” and a private parking space. Every suit has its own outside area to enjoy the sun and the quiet summer nights under the starry sky. The Cleaning service is once a week (for stays longer than 7 nights). The 2 suites are set at a 6-acres private piece of land among fields with olive trees. Here you can enjoy the isolation, the breathtaking view, the sea sunset view behind Mount Olympus and even the sunrise from the mountain. Make your cocktail, take your breakfast under the olive trees, enjoy a dinner with friends, have a romantic night with the full moon over Toroneos gulf, relax while reading a book under the olive trees or go for a hike to explore the mountain. From here in just 8-10 mins you can be at some of the best beaches of Halkidiki. Guest access A car is required if you want to stay at our accommodation. From here you can walk uphills to the traditional village of Parthenonas where you can find 2-3 restaurants or cafes. There are hiking paths to the peak of the mountain but also down to the beaches. The cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras is just 5 km downhills.
