Alternative systems: 12V, dry toilet, rainwater collector, pellet wood heating. Located on the edge of a cliff and surrounded by nature, the hut has its nuisances (rodents, spiders...) The space A desire for a change of scenery: You will be in a wild and beautiful environment. Despite some surrounding huts, the valley remains very well preserved. The fauna and flora are rich and unique. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the region, its cliffs are magnificent. Many walks are possible, including reaching Etretat on foot by passing the neighboring valleys. A balance between comfort and autonomy: The main wooden cabin is built with new and old materials, it is lined and insulated and a pellet stove helps maintain a comfortable temperature in winter. Alternative operating systems govern the life of the cabin (dry toilet, toilet corner, rainwater collector...). We have taken great care of the systems put in place, but these require some adaptability. It will be up to you to adapt your operation and consumption according to the systems and resources and not the other way around. Lighting points (12V) provide lighting. A 220V network supplies a fridge, sockets, USB, and kettle. The bedding is new (on a slatted bed base) and rather firm. A rainwater collector provides clean water for household and toilet use. Inside the cabin, a manual pump allows you to fill the jug. There is a small "kitchen" area with a countertop and two gas burners In summer, a complete part of the cabin opens onto the wooden terrace. (different accessories: pots, pans...) Other things to note We will ask you not to use candles, which is a source of fire (two fire extinguishers on site). We will ask you to dispose of your waste and glass bottles when you leave. There are two containers at the bottom of the road to the parking lot and a glass bin in the village. Regarding the "Cleanliness" of the premises: The cabin is located in a wild environment, sometimes hostile depending on the seasons and the weather. There is no running water on site. As a result, we cannot achieve a cleanliness equivalent to that of an apartment. Little telephone network, very random 4G.
