LA GRENOUILLÈRE, cottage for 9 travelers

10 minutes from Arras, our white stone family property welcomes you for an artesian break, ideal for short stays and relaxing stops. This is divided between our house and La Grenouillère, arranged in an outbuilding where you will stay at your ease. The space Ideal for 9 adults, La Grenouillère has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, 3 private toilets. 1 large equipped kitchen open to a seating area. Our accommodation accepts overnight reservations except at the end of the year when we only accept reservations of 2 nights minimum. Please find another care solution for your pets as our accommodation is not suitable for their welcome and does not offer any conditions to authorize it. And not to book without being aware of these conditions in order not to block the dates for any interested guests, For accuracy, a TV is installed for testing and random operation, but is not part of our main equipment. Guest access You can park your car for free in our private courtyard. Other things to note When the keys are handed over, we will ask you for a deposit of 200 euros (check or cash) which will be returned to you at the end of the stay (subject to a satisfactory condition report of the accommodation). Cleaning is included in the price, except for a few hygiene measures to be respected before your departure! We remind you that we no longer provide a washing machine, but that we can offer a laundry service, for 5 euros.
