The apartment is based on the fusion of sea and mountains and has been designed so that all the main rooms have maximum direct lighting and that is why the whole house faces the outside. The open concept allows you not to cut off the coexistence when you are inside and create a harmonious environment with views of the mountains and nature. The urbanization is accessed by car since it is located on a mountain. It is possible to park in the private streets of the urbanization and there is also a small free outdoor parking area for the residents of the resort. In the small town of Xeresa there are several coffee shops and there are several supermarkets within a 5 minute drive in the neighboring town of Xeraco. The city of Gandia is 10 minutes away by car, with a large number of restaurants, ice cream parlors and entertainment venues. To access the pool and fitness area you can make use of an elevator that will take you to this level. Xeresa is a charming municipality of only 2000 inhabitants from which you can start a large number of mountain and climbing routes. The highest peak known as "Monduber" is 841 meters high and on clearer days it is possible to see the neighboring Balearic Islands. Gandia, the capital of the region, is just 10 minutes away by car. In Gandia there are many restaurants, nightlife and culture. From the port of Gandia, in summer there are boats bound for Ibiza (check availability and schedules). Just 5 minutes by car from the resort is the virgin beach of L'Auir, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Mediterranean Sea. Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed.
