LA VILLA DE LOGUI (heated indoor pool)

Located in the heart of Finistère, in a quiet and green setting, this large contemporary house with heated indoor pool has many assets to make you spend very good moments of relaxation and conviviality with family or friends. It will also be an ideal base if you wish to discover or rediscover Finistère. Its geographical location will allow you to radiate around many remarkable sites without going too many kilometers. The space Recent and with a living area of more than 300m², the house is very pleasant to live, especially thanks to its spacious and bright rooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. The villa has a beautiful garden area and more than 100m² of outdoor terraces. DAY PART: LE SALON-SEJOUR-CUISINE The main room offers an area of more than 80 m² with living/living room and fully open kitchen. The pool room communicates directly with the main living room and is visible from the living room via a large window. The kitchen, perfectly equipped, has a dishwasher, an oven and microwave, a refrigerator and an induction plate integrated into the central island. Kitchen utensils and necessary dishes are also available. A freezer is available in the cellar. The living room furniture makes it easy to sit 15 people around the table. NIGHT PART: THE ROOMS Apart from the master suite (including bathroom WC/shower, dressing room and bedroom with double bed 160*200 and TV) located on the ground floor, the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. A first bedroom, ideal for children, consists of 3 bunk beds 90*190 and a large dressing room. A second bedroom has a double bed 140*190 and a separate baby room area (bed, changing table). The third bedroom is composed of a double bed 140*190 and finally the fourth bedroom offers the possibility to accommodate 3 additional people thanks to its large double bed 160*190 and its single bed 90*190. A large bathroom with shower and separate toilet are accessible upstairs. POOL PART: The room hosting the pool measures more than 80 m². It communicates directly with the living room via a glass door and, like the entire ground floor of the house, opens very widely thanks to its many bay windows on the terraces surrounding the house and the garden. The basin is 4m wide by 10m long and the water is heated to 29 degrees all year round (constant depth water level at about 1m15). A lounge area and a shower are accessible in the room. A few water games are on loan so you can have fun and make the most of the place (balloons, foam fries...) IN ADDITION: You will find on the ground floor a foosball table, a video game station (with more than 500 games!), a dart game and upstairs a large pool table. Charcoal fides barbeque, garden furniture, and umbrellas are available. PLEASE NOTE: - Household linen provided: beds will be made upon arrival (provide towels, bath sheets and swimwear for the pool) -The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. A clean and tidy appearance is required when you leave the premises (unmade bed linen, clean dishes and appliances, emptied garbage cans, clean surfaces, vacuumed and washed floors, villa storage, washing toilets and bathrooms…) In case of non-compliance with this condition, additional cleaning fees will be requested. - Arrival between 4pm and 6pm. Exit at 10 am (Possibility to postpone the exit to 4:30 pm on request at the time of booking and with our agreement. Departure at 4:30 pm entails an additional charge of 100 euros). - Deposit of 2000 euros requested on arrival (1700 euros by check and 300 euros in cash).
