There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe. Next to it is a small bathroom with a bidet, toilet and a sink. There is also a small office with an office table upstairs. There are 2 new roof windows with blackout blinds installed in upper floor of DUPLEX. The place has 2 good air condition units for cooling and heating and good sound insulation. There are windows shutters and blackout blinds on all windows.
