The apartment has everything you need and is great for solo travelers, couples, families with max. 2 children, trade fair visitors in Essen & Düsseldorf as well as business travelers. The apartment is located in a 3-family house on the 3rd floor (without elevator) and consists of a large living room, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, hallway and shower room. To the front we have a main road – to the rear you can look out onto an idyllic garden with many native birds and heavenly tranquility despite the central location. Living room: Double sofa bed, two-seater couch, recliner, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Kitchen-living room: Fully equipped for 6 people; ceramic stovetop, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer Bedroom s: Double bed (140 x 200); large wardrobes; baby cot (0-4 years) Bathrooms: with shower and toilet Extras: Linens, towels, hair dryer The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. We live in the house ourselves and are happy to provide tips about the Ruhr area if desired. If something is missing, please let us know – we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk to the main station as well as to the city center and 15 minutes walk to the riverside. Tram and metro stations are only 3-4 minutes away.
