House "Eli"- home in the heart of the Adriatic

Located in a peaceful village on the shore of the Karin sea- the smallest sea on the planet- holiday house "Eli" is newly decorated home with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, a big terrace with the sea view, and a garden with a built barbecue. Beach is just down the street, 50 meters away! House has one parking place in front of the house. Holiday home Eli is equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, just like at your home! The space The house is my holiday home, that I take care of with lots of love, so I hope you will experience a comfort of a home. Pets are welcome (of course, with good behaviour!), children will have fun with games and toys available, and you will enjoy a big terrace and cozy garden! I can offer you information on what to do and see nearby-and there is really something to see!- several nature parks, river rafting, horse riding, boat trips, caves, river canyons... In the kitchen there are basic supplies- oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove, dishwasher and a fridge with small ice box, a sandwich maker and a water heater. House is suitable for maximum 5 people. One bedroom has a double bed, and other bedroom has one double bed and two single beds (bunk beds). In living room there is a small sofa. Please feel free to ask all the information on how to reach us! Karin sea area is poorly connected with public transport, so it is most convenient for guests to come by car. I have one parking place in front of the house, and in the village there is a free parking available. The house has a good, unlimited wi-fi. Guest access Entire house is for rent. Other things to note I offer my guests, besides kitchen basics (salt, paper, oil..) coffee, tea, spices and other basic kitchen supplies, to feel more like at your own kitchen. There's everything you need to bake a cake. The nearest shop (grocery store) is in Karin, few minutes away by car. Karin sea is actually the end of the Jadran sea bay, that goes from Velebit canal, through Novigrad sea, and finaly ends as Karin sea. The Karin sea is shallow, so it becomes very warm in the summer, and it is also a very calm sea, without big waves and sea currents. Dolphins often visit, so every summer we witness their apearance near shore. My house and the beachfront is oriented west, and has a beautiful sight on sunsets, which are truly magical in colours. The small Šušnjar village is consisted of four streets that end on the beach. The enviroment is perfect for holidays with kids because of it's safety, and closeness of the sea- you can go to swimming carrying only a towel! The beach is free of sea urchins and other harmful sea animals. There is plenty shade on the beach. If you like nature, and are not a fan of mass tourism, you will feel like at home! House Eli was built by my grandfather, and named after my grandmother Elvira, whom my grandfather called Eli. As a child, I spent all my summers here, and when renting my house, I always have an intention to offer families and nice, cosy, familiar experience of vacation.
