The space Le Petit Moulin is a former family estate surrounded by woodland and a pond, offering plenty of space to gather, play or simply enjoy the peace of the countryside. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests and consists of several buildings, three of which have been fully renovated and are comfortable living spaces. The main house features upstairs a large master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with three single beds, and a large relaxation or games room. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, a utility room, a large living and dining room, and a smaller sitting room. An annex next to the main house includes two large bedrooms (one with three single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a small massage room. A recently renovated extension, connected to the main house, accommodates ten guests with two large bedrooms with several beds upstairs, one double bedroom on the ground floor, and a billiards room. The property is ideal for many activities for both children and adults: tennis, basketball (professional hoop installed on the court), table tennis, football, badminton, archery, paddle boarding and canoeing on the pond, and billiards. Tennis rackets, balls and various games are available on site. The estate is particularly enjoyable for week-long summer stays, allowing guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings and the many activities available. Children can spend the day playing between the pond, the games and the sports fields, while adults enjoy the calm and beauty of the property. You can enjoy drinks and meals by the pond, in the shade of the old sawmill shelter, or on the terrace overlooking the tennis court. Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols are available so you can make the most of the long summer evenings.
