The space The apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, divided into 4 unique rooms: • Double Room with Private Bathroom and Children's Suite: An elegant retreat for adults with a private bathroom, complete with a small adjacent suite for the little ones. Wardrobes and drawers offer space to organize your belongings. • Single Room with Garden Access: A classic-style single room, located next to the double bedroom, with direct access to the relaxing garden. Perfect for those who want some peace and quiet. • Room with a Queen-Size Bed and a Wardrobe Room: The last room has a cozy three-quarter bed and has direct and exclusive access to a small wardrobe room to keep everything tidy. As for the common areas, the house has: • Living Area: A large living room with extremely comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with free Italian channels. In addition, inside the living room there is a second bathroom, stylishly furnished and equipped with a shower and bidet. • Full Kitchen: A spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners in total comfort. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and iron for your comfort. • Outdoor Area: We provide an outdoor area with tables and chairs so you can eat outdoors and enjoy the mild climate of our area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and also offers a washing machine and iron for your comfort. • Outdoor Area with Garden: Our garden is the perfect place to relax. You can have breakfast outdoors or dine under the stars thanks to the area with tables and chairs.
