Podere Ferranino, the original carriage house for the Villa Ferrano, is now transformed into five elegant townhouse apartments. In Brunelleschi townhouse there are four bedrooms with four bathrooms. The apartment is bright and airy with a large metal and glass door that opens up to a private patio with covered pergola, a lovely place to take one’s morning breakfast while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside. The space The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is outfitted with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, large stove, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and full selection of utensils. There is also a television and free Wi-Fi internet service connection. Additionally, this apartment includes central heating and air conditioning system. Rentals include weekly cleaning and change of linens. We wish to advise our clients that the entire facility is a smoke free environment, including the patios and pool area.
